With Covid-19 more less dealt with, and customs has recovered to some degree, we are seeing better supply chain to our suppliers which means we have access to more stock on a regular basis. There are still many hold ups at customs or in shipping but I will do my best to source what you are looking for but we are seeing less shortages in apparel, and drink ware. (Updated July 2023)

Our system is setup with Canada Post. It automatically decides the cost. If you are unsure or think it is high feel free to contact us, and we will double check it for you and adjust accordingly. We only want to charge you what it should be.  We also ship via Fed-Ex, Canpar, UPS, Purolator etc. 

Yes, we have and made customize designs for any cause providing it falls within our Company Vision. We support many local, national and international charities both in our personal and business lives. We do not set aside a percentage of profit (unless specified) when we sell products that support movements, research or recovery for example BLM, LGBTQ2S+, Every Child Matters, cancer, recovery from natural or man-made disasters, rather we support organizations on a regular basis.

At CD Penrose Creations our mission is to provide a safe and positive environment for all people. That means we will support positive movements that do not negatively name or target an organizations, company, government or person. The use of profanity on our products allows for some funny, creative and silly designs. However, if the profanity is used toward an identifiable group, person, organization, government or country we will politely refuse. If you are unsure if your product violates our practice, feel free to email us your idea and we will let you know. 

Since we do most customization we have very little pre-made items. So if you are wondering if it is really out of stock or we just need to make it, email us. We would be happy to double check. Only items that were previously made for Craft Shows are ready for pickup.  

Yes, what better way to save on shipping. We have a locked pickup box on our porch for easy pick up. We just need to know the day you are coming and we will send you the box number and the lock code. 

Absolutely. We do our best at getting everything up but we have so many options and possibilities so please contact us if you are looking for something in particular. We just might have it here or can get it. 

That all depends. If we have it in stock we can usually meet same day requirements. But you need to be ready for approvals because the fast you decide the fast we can start. 

Please email (info@cdpenrosecreations.ca) images as attachments. Please do NOT send us screenshots if you want a high quality product. Include all colours, sizes as well. The more information you send us at the start the faster we can get your designs done and to you. 

We do not charge designs fees as we feel this is incorporated into our pricing. However, once a design is approved and you request a change afterwards we will have to charge a $10 redesign fee.
